I practised my Alexander Technique as soon as I left the field, though, and I think that's helped to limit the muscle spasms and the soreness that comes from them. I'm still pretty uncomfortable today, though. And I'm just really fed up that it keeps happening, despite spending a small fortune on chiropratic care and Alexander Technique lessons. I'll see what my Alexander teacher has to say tomorrow.
I think I'll have a big piece of cake and a glass of wine: that'll make me feel better...
